| Taara was born very young in Albury '75 to a couple of hippies. They didn't call themselves hippies of course, they were New Age Explorers who Danced in the Cosmos and moved over the surface of the planet planting Aquarian Seeds. Lets face it, they were hippies! | Taara and Ray |
She got bored after six months and went on a crawling expedition in New Zealand with her
mum (Lynne) and Auntie Di Di (only Taara took the crawling seriously though). This was
cool... It was here that her lust for travel was kindled. After a few months she moved to
Balmain in Sydney 'cause... just because (when you're young 'because' is a valid reason).
Her old man, Ray, was painting Tshirts, Lynne was beautiful and Taara got off on burning
around in strollers (later she chose corollas, but that's another story...).
Late in '76 she got her self a new step dad, called Ash. The three of them ran market
stalls, opened a couple of shops and generally had a fun time.

Some sisters were called for. In '78 she got a sister called Leilania and then in '82, another one called Rosie. This was better. How can you go through life without having fights with your sisters. |
| After establishing a business and family, she got bored and went to Germany in '85. Her Oma helped carry her bags. This is where she discovered horses. |  Oma,Taara and Tanta Mitsa |
Soon after she got back, business went bad and she had to split to the Blue Mountains.
Lots of trauma, she had to learn how to read... bluffing her way through 'story time' just
wasn't working any more.
Horses haunted her like jesus spooks krishnas.
"I've found a horse, Ray, and all you got to do is pay for it and Lynne will look
after the rest."
"Well done", says Ray. "I can handle it."
And then...
"What the !@#$ do you think you're doing..." says Lynne. "How dare you
arrange something like that with out talking to me first".
"But I thought it was your idea...", pleads Ray...
A lesson learnt by Taara...
"Just because you can trick your oldies into buying ice creams, does not mean that
you can trick them into buying horses." Another plan is called for...

A short while later, she had Newington, a big horse she scored for free (well nothing's free)... She was renting a 40 acre property and living out her fantasies. |
| On the weekends Taara came to Sydney and visited Ray. They hung out in parks and art galleries. He was a computer freak and she wondered why... |  Taara |
This was a high time for Taara... It's a pity that reality comes rockin' in and brings
you down.
High School...
She had to apply herself... actually study, find a new home for Newington (the land lord
turfed her out...), and come to terms with the fact that she was never going to control
the whole world. She might just have to compromise...

a girls life. She is also sporting one of her trendy short hair cuts she got in Sydney.
She pioneered the look in the Blue Mountains. The corporate cyberchick is emerging. |

Taara inheritated Ray's disturbing preference for uniforms. On her High School graduation day he was the only father in a suit and she was the only pupil in full school uniform. |
When she left home and went to Uni at Wagga Wagga, she realised she may as well become a
real person...
This was cool...
